How do I solve my life problems?

Trust in my gut or in common wisdom, that is the question. Should I listen to myself or to others? Is advice worth it? And if so, how do I know what is a good advice? Should I listen the advice of my friends or the old people? If I listen to my friend’s advice maybe they’re wrong? But old people advice could be not applicable to the current context.

The problem is noise. There is to much noise, inside of myself and in the world. I had been for half a year how to fix my relationship, but I haven’t made any progress, actually I let the time pass by and know she thinks I don’t care about her. Yesterday, finally I seek for help, maybe too late (I don’t know).

We find this kind of problems everywhere, I simply don’t know what to do, maybe I have to options, to do something of not to do it. We tend to think that we have only two options, but in reality there are always more than that.

Don’t let you be distracted by noise, there is always good information in the inner and outer worlds, but it is an art to start listening carefully, it is one of the most important things in life: listen.

One final thought: don’t just listen to yourself, don’t just listen to others, find when is convenient to listen to yourself and when to others. Don’t let you be distracted by neither of both, but don’t forget that the effects of noise in our lives are profound.
